If you've got unwanted visitors (who aren't relatives or friends) in your home, you've come to the right place.
Today marks the debut of "What Bugs Me," a monthly column by pest control expert J
ay Lee.
Lee, who owns and operates Pirate Pest Control in Rio Rancho, will offer tips on how to deal with unwanted intruders who can do severe damage to your property.

The topic in today's first column is mice: how to spot, trap and dispose of them without hurting yourself.
Lee opened Pirate Pest Control this past summer after 10 years in the business.
"I didn't want to be just a typical XYZ exterminator or pest control," Lee said about his choice of name. "I wanted something different, and it's an alliteration."
By day he tries to make pests disappear. An occasional hobby by night is making other things disappear by performing magic, and making smiles appear by creating balloon animals.
"It's been a life-long passion," Lee said. "I'm more of a balloon twister than a magician, but I've been involved with it since 1993."
