A news flash:
Marilyn Salzman,
Todd Hathorne and
Lonnie Clayton all agree on something.
The three candidates for City Council District 6, who did battle in 2004 and are running against each other again this year, all said Wednesday night they oppose the proposed 1/4 cent gross receipts tax increase that will be on the March 4 ballot along with their names.
Kathy Colley and
Charles Smiraldo, who are also on the ballot, said they support the tax increase at candidates forum sponsored by three District 6 neighborhood associations.
